Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was excellent, putting us close to Bourbon street without the noise, the rooms were a bit disappointing with no patio or balcony and occasional noise from outside. The service was a mix of extremely helpful and accommodating, with some disorganization when it came to room assignments. The dining experience was satisfactory, like a B&B feel, serving simple but decent meals. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms could use some improvement, without a patio or balcony and occasional street noise. The sofa bed for the fourth person was necessary, and a fresh paint job and cleaner woodwork would be a nice touch.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with moments of extreme helpfulness and accommodation, but also some disorganization during check-in. However, they did go out of their way to make us feel welcome during Mardi Gras.
Location
8.0
The location was a highlight, just a few blocks away from Bourbon street, providing the best of both worlds - close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle but tucked away from the noise. Cooling off at Chateau Orleans was a lovely bonus.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was decent, with simple but satisfying meals reminiscent of a B&B. The breakfast was served until late morning, allowing for a relaxed start to the day.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were basic yet sufficient, offering a cozy courtyard right outside the door. The small kitchen and living room setup in each room added a nice touch of convenience.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite some issues with uneven floors and falling plaster, had a plus side of interesting sloped ceilings. The service was accommodating, except for a few instances of rudeness, and the location in the French Quarter was convenient for exploring. The dining experience, while somewhat limited, had its charms, and the facilities were decent overall.

7.8/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from Bourbon Street in the heart of the French Quarter. Being so close to the action was great, but I did have some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and the service provided.

Rooms
7.0
The room wasn't exactly what I had expected. It was well-equipped until 3 pm, but after that, it was a bit disappointing.
Service
8.0
The staff were great, very friendly, and tried to accommodate us as much as possible, even providing essentials during busy times like Mardi Gras. However, there were some instances of rudeness and disorganization, especially during check-in.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was excellent for exploring the French Quarter, just steps away from Bourbon Street. However, being so close meant some noise and for someone allergic to certain things, that could be a concern.
Dining

The dining experience was unique with a sweet tart for breakfast that was a bit unexpected, but overall somewhat like a B&B feel.
Facilities

The courtyard was wonderful, right outside our door, and each room had a small kitchen and living room which was a nice touch.
